Job description

Main objectives :

  • Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts (sourcing and procurement, fleet purchase, real estate…)
  • Support legal negotiations on RFP
  • Support into transversal commercial projects as part of the Group strategy
  • Support onto international M&A operations (due diligences, risks analysis, implementation of partnerships with affiliated companies, negotiations, integration...) on commercial topics
  • Manage worldwide trademarks and domain names’ portfolio,
  • provide risk analysis and IP surveillance
  • Manage commercial litigations / requests

Major areas of accountability :

  • Fleet purchase agreements (with car manufacturers)
  • Sourcing and procurement agreements (services agreements,purchase agreements)
  • Real estate agreements (commercial leases, temporary occupation agreements, parking subscriber contracts…)
  • Brand licensing agreements

Internal and External relationships :

Internal:

  • Understand the strategic objectives and provide pro-active, risk-based and focused legal advice to the commercial / operational departments at HQ and France levels
  • Train operational and commercial departments on legal framework and specific risks to activities
  •  Manage advisers firms (lawyers, real estate agents, auditors…)
  • Coordinate the local legal counsels on international projects 

External: Lead negotiations with strategic partners and providers

Preferred experience

Previous experience : 2 years in a law firm and/or an international company

Education level : Master II of Private law (commercial law / economic law)

Languages : Fluent in English

Major areas of skills necessary for success : 

  • Experience of working in an international environment
  • Willingness to develop internal client relationships
  • Willingness to contribute to the development of the Legal department’s processes  and Policies for the Group

Computer skills: Word, Powerpoint, Google tools skills are good to have

Personal characteristics : Team spirit, rigorous, organized, proactive, good writing skills, interested in the e-commerce economy and new mobility
