Our Finance team is currently looking for temporary support for a few months. This short-term assignment is a great opportunity to bring your expertise to an international, dynamic environment and contribute to high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly financial reporting process, consolidating data across entities and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal standards.
Prepare and coordinate annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance analysis, in collaboration with business and finance stakeholders.
Deliver in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions, including margin analysis, cost center performance, and revenue trends.
Act as a Finance Business Partner to operational managers, providing financial insights, guidance, and support in budget tracking and forecasting.
Oversee balance sheet account reconciliations and ensure robust financial controls are maintained across assigned entities.
Coordinate with local finance teams or external providers to ensure smooth month-end closings and accurate reporting for international offices.
Support internal and external audits, preparing required documentation and following up on audit recommendations.
Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving financial processes, including reporting automation and system enhancements.
Provide financial expertise and act as a go-to resource for non-financial teams on finance-related matters.
Support the implementation and improvement of financial planning tools (e.g. Power BI).

Strong experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting (preferably in an international environment)
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into clear business insights
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems; experience with BI tools is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Independent and quick learner, ability to determine priorities
Affinity with IT
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office with advanced experience in Excel usage)
