As a Web & Community Associate apprentice, you will plan and execute impactful events and manage EthiFinance’s professional community, particularly on LinkedIn.
You will play a key role in elevating our brand, engaging stakeholders, and supporting our mission to drive sustainability and financial excellence.
Responsabilities :
1. Community Management
Create and publish original and impactful content for social media (using Canva).
Build & nurture EthiFinance’s online presence, particularly on LinkedIn, by creating content besed on the strategy & tactics developed by the Marketing team to grow our professional community and foster meaningful interactions.
Actively engage with our audience, contributing to discussions and amplifying EthiFinance’s thought leadership in ESG and finance.
Monitor metrics, market trends and feedback within the community to inform future initiatives and stay updated on best practices.
Contribute to the editorial calendar.
Help create engaging promotional materials and visuals for both in-person & virtual events.
2. Web
Gather the web-site enhancement requests from different teams.
Collaborate with the Product Marketing and the Web Master to implement the required.
Monitor website functionalities and performance, and update content.
Manage multi-lingual content.
Track web traffic and MQLs and deliver monthly reports.
Identify SEO & SEA issues (Wordpress SEMRush, SEOquake).
Help Web Master with the website maintenance.

Experience:
Currently pursuing a master’s degree in digital marketing or related field (university program, IAE, business school,…).
Previous experience in marketing is an asset.
Skills:
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a well-developed team spirit.
Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Suite, Google Analytics, Wordpress, Canva.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and French is essential; a third language, such as Spanish or German, is a plus.
Ability to work autonomously & efficiently on given tasks.
