Role : Sales Ops Manager (M/F)
Responsibilities :
You will join ekkiden to launch from scratch a new international recruitment agency
The Sales Ops team aims to increase sales efficiency and productivity in order to increase revenue. By mastering our customer base, you will help the business teams to find the best prospects and retain our customers.
You will lead the sales department and teams, and will be actively involved in a wide range of topics such as strategy, data analysis, outbound, team recruitment and training, forecasting, territory planning, building a CRM culture (Hubspot) and sales process optimisation.
You will have an impact on the group’s international sales strategy by working on targets, competitor and market analysis, and you will promote the development of key accounts by working on synergies between our international teams.
You will be responsible for the development and management of the outbound approach through the management of the SDR team based in Madrid, which is responsible for prospecting in our various markets.
You will work on the technologies involved in the sales process, from the deployment of the hubspot CRM, team training, sales digitalization, automation, team training, and the implementation of a growth approach in close relationship with the marketing teams.
You will work on the performance of our sales process, you will collect datas, define KPIs, generate reports that will allow us to analyze our performance and find areas for improvement. You will assist in the implementation of automated processes.
You will be responsible for defining and mapping our sales processes, allocating roles, documenting knowledge and training teams. You will manage team recruitment and help ekkiden build a sales academy.
You will work closely with the marketing teams to support the business teams in the field by helping them to work on their offers, their sales speech, their marketing approach and you will work on the construction of sales documents (offers, slides, etc.)

You speak English perfectly. Fluency in French, Spanish or German is a big plus!
