Job description

You love making people grow and making things happen? You are passionate about the people management and want to be part of an exciting journey?

As HR Manager, you will be at the very heart of each Early Metrics’ team member’s personal development. True referent of the HR & People department, you will be working directly with the Co-founders, VPs and Managers. You will be in charge of helping them improve skills & career paths across the entire company (UK & FR), as well as making live our values and company culture.

Your main tasks, among other things, will be to:

Support Early Metrics’ growth:

  • Develop our employer branding, and strengthen our relationship with universities and schools’
  • Attract and recruit the future talents needed for Early Metrics’ development
  • Manage our training programs in close collaboration with the Managers (learning paths, outside training & coaching programs)
  • Provide Managers with processes, good practices, support, KPIs to manage their teams
  • Be the point of contact for Managers and Coaches and help them grow in their position
  • Pro-actively coach this community to help them spread Early Metrics’ company culture.

Oversee the team members’ life cycle:

  • Build an engaging experience, from onboarding to offboarding, and measure our team members’ engagement
  • Oversee day-to-day management of the team members’ life cycle (people review, feedback, rewards, diversification, career paths…)
  • Set up, develop and iterate on people processes, and make sure they are informed and aligned with them
  • Be a real partner for the Finance Team on all administrative and legal tasks (UK & FR).

Be the Ambassador of our company culture & values:

  • Propose and work on HR & People related projects (office animation, one-team project, WfH policy, diversity, values & ESG…)
  • Push for any digital initiatives (learning, development, tools…)
  • Spread our culture! Be the key people contact for our UK & FR offices, and make sure they feel part of our culture and values.

Preferred experience

Who you are:

  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, as HRPB, HR Manager, or People Manager in an international and fast-growing environment
  • People-oriented, you understand the need to focus your energy and your time to people at any level
  • Humble and trustworthy, you are resourceful and highly adaptable, keen to take on new challenges
  • You have excellent communication and listening skills
  • You also have excellent organisational skills, and strong planning, development and problem-solving skills
  • You are fluent in English and in French (Germain is a plus).
