Recruitment process:

4+ years experience in progressively responsible financial roles (FP&A Analyst, Financial Controller or External Auditor). Previous experience in a Big Four Company as External Auditor is highly desirable.
Previous involvement in audits and interactions with external auditors is a plus.
Master of Science in Finance, or Engineering
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, translating financial data into actionable insights.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proficiency in accounting software and/or ERP systems would be a strong advantage.
Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Adaptability and a commitment to staying up to date with changes.
Demonstrated success working in a virtual/hybrid environment and being able to be onsite as needed.
Fluent level of both French & English
