Tech is what drives all operations and processes within Diool: it is the company's DNA. As such, the team is looking for dynamic profiles, able to offer creative solutions in a context of strong growth and continuous innovation.
Diool is recruiting ops managers, senior dev, marketing & growth and HR profiles. Talents with a minimum of 4 to 5 years experience, ideally in fintech (BtoB nice to have), are welcome to apply.

Diool has a 100% remote culture. This doesn’t mean the company doesn't have offices, but the management is very flexible on the team geographical location, as long as it is not counterproductive for the role. Operations and other specific jobs such as sales managers, will tend to be office-based, as they include field activities and continuous team work with Diool's country managers.
Where are Diool's teams located? Today, Diool covers two continents. There is one main office in Douala, Cameroon, that pilots all African operations. The tech team is based in Tunis, and a smaller management team is located in Paris.
