Your mission:
You will help us accelerate the growth of BlaBlaCar in France working across its three main supplies: carpools, buses, and trains.
As a Business & Marketing Intern, you’ll join a dynamic and fast-paced team at the heart of our growth strategy tackling a wide range of projects, that include both top of funnel actions and lower funnel performance strategies but also partnerships management.
You’ll contribute to launching new initiatives, analysing performance, running campaigns, and working on impactful projects to encourage more people to use BlaBlaCar whether it is with carpool, bus or train. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with teams across CRM, paid media, partnerships, and product marketing.
Your responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of CRM campaigns: segmentation, copywriting, performance analysisContribute to marketing activations and work with the Social Media expert on designing new campaigns and come up with ideas to bring impact. Proactively assist the Marketing Manager in building the 2026 Marketing Roadmap and deliver actions for Q1 2026. Assist in analyzing marketing and product data to identify trends, measure impact, and recommend improvementsCoordinate cross-functional projects with stakeholders across Brand, Design, Product, Digital and CRM teams. Participate in the reporting and documentation of our marketing actions and KPIsManage partnerships from being the main point of contact for external partners to monthly processes, reporting and invoicingKeep an active watch on competitor marketing tactics, trends in mobility, and best practices in digital marketingYour qualifications:
You are currently studying in a Business School, University, or equivalent and are available for a 12-month apprenticeship starting September 2025You already have one relevant internship experienceYou have a strong interest in marketing and data, and ideally a first experience in a business, startup, or marketing-related roleYou are analytical, structured, and organised, capable of juggling multiple tasksYou are creative and curious, bringing energy and ideas to the teamYou have excellent communication skills, both in French and EnglishYou are a team player and eager to contribute to a mission-driven companyWhat we have to offer:
