In the Group Communication & Marketing department and under the responsibility of the Head of Digital Marketing and Branding, the Global Branding and Marketing Project Manager is tasked with supporting all stakeholders of the group in deploying our brand identity across all communication channels and tools. He/she is also responsible for managing the coordination and implementation of cross-functional projects within the Global Marketing and Communication Department.

BRANDING

1/ CREATIVES

Producing, marketing and implementing materials aimed at supporting various departments in deploying their own communication materials, both centrally and locally: overseeing execution from conception to deployment.

Examples: Guidelines dedicated to production (video, newsletters, presentations, etc.), dissemination of creative best practices.

Managing in an autonomous way all external providers responsible for graphic development & brand assets (graphic designers, agencies…): identifying providers, designing and managing contracts with legal team & other internal stakeholders, identifying needs, creating briefs in collaboration with internal stakeholders, overseeing execution to delivery, and verifying the quality of deliverables.

Examples: Designing & updating existing .ppt templates, reviewing internal & external newsletters, creating print materials (business cards, letterheads, etc.), adapting social media formats for 360° implementation, producing and ensuring consistency across Executive Team’s photos & bios…

Ensuring the consistency and uniform embodiment of the Believe brand identity across all channels - including productions from local teams - while adhering to branding best practices. Identifying, developing, evolving and unifying editorial tools and content templates that are transversal to the Global Marketing & Communication team to ensure consistency and alignment.

Examples: editorial planning, presentation template, OKRs, PR template, content features’ template…

 

2/ BRAND HUB

Managing the Brand Hub, our Digital Asset Management solution that gathers all Believe brand assets and guidelines.

Managing the partnership with Brand Hub’s provider (contractual agreement, budget…)

Identifying new assets to produce/integrate.

Collecting assets from various content owners to update the tool: Believe artist visuals and videos, illustrative images, sound libraries, etc.

Onboarding brand teams (TuneCore, Nuclear Blast, GoodToGo, Rough Trade Distribution, etc.) to create their own spaces within the hub.

Defining and implementing the user community engagement plan (new and current users).

Identifying, structuring, and implementing necessary tool enhancements in line with team needs. Tracking and monitoring the tool's performance to guide the next development phases.

 

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

1/ CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Under the leadership of the Lead Project, and in collaboration with relevant Believe colleagues and external partners (if required), coordination and implementation of cross-functional projects within the Global Marketing & Communications Department to ensure smooth, efficient execution within deadlines and at the expected level of quality.

This may involve managing Believe's participation in events involving various parties (corporate, commercial, local/global), coordinating and executing a cross-functional communication campaign, or any other project requiring the skills of the Global Branding & Marketing Coordinator.

Examples: Production of Wrap Videos or Corporate Video Updates.

2/ MANAGEMENT AND UPDATING OF BELIEVE BRANDS’ DASHBOARD

3/ TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

Facilitating weekly team meetings on the department's editorial schedule: liaising with team members to keep the schedule up to date, collecting information on highlights, communication topics, and other global deployment plans during the meeting. Managing the department’s email box: handling email correspondence, providing relevant responses and/or routing messages to relevant recipients within Believe.

4/ CRISIS MANAGEMENT

Fulfilling the role of Crisis Logger in the event of a reputational crisis, as defined in Believe's Crisis Management Handbook.

Requisitos

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication or Marketing, business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

2. Experience: a minimum of 5 years of experience in communication, digital marketing and branding or related roles.

3. Digital tools: knowledge of digital project management tools (including Basecamp, GanttProject, Trelo, Suite Atlassian) and knowledge in Digital Asset Manager tools would be a plus (Frontify…)

4. Project management: ability to manage cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders with rigor and autonomy.

5. Communication Expertise and Branding Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and manage successful editorial and visual communication and brand identities. A creative thinker with an eye for design and creative developments, to deliver visually impactful content and brand assets, and the ability to craft engaging content for various audiences.

6. External providers’ management including contract & Budget: Ability to design contractual agreement with external providers, manage/negotiate related budget (at contract and tasks’ level) and sustain right relationship with external providers (quality assessment, managing of the relationship).

7. Languages: Excellent level of English and French required both orally and in writing

8. Mindset: Team spirit, creative ideas, positive attitude. Passionate about music, technology, and digital marketing. Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with internal teams, as well as external agencies.
