Our commitments

  1. Formalize our commitment with our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Charter.

  2. Build teams with more and more parity and implement equity practices on a daily basis.

  3. Train our employees to the principles of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and fight against all forms of discrimination.

  4. Encourage employees to commit to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the music and tech industries through the Believe for People/Parity ambassador program.

Parity as a standard

Believe values gender equity and parity.

By the end of 2022, 42.8% of Believe's employees were women. The proportion of women in the Group's workforce has thus increased by 3 points compared to the previous year. This significant improvement is the result of the Group's commitment, a proactive policy to attract female talent and the creation of a more equitable and inclusive work environment. The results are compelling: in 2022, women represented 51% of hires, a very significant increase compared to the previous two years (45%).

In addition, the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors include 54% and 50% women respectively.

Believe is also a member of the Charter for Women in the Media, and partners with numerous NGOs working towards greater parity in the professional world: Be The Change study (in partnership with Luminate), KeyChange, Women in Music.

Gender Equality Index France 2022: 99/100
