Job description

The WOJO BUSINESS PARTNER (WBP) has a key role in the WOJO ecosystem, and this through its 5 main missions:

• He/she ensures the physical reception of the site; he/she is therefore THE person in daily contact with WOJO members and visitors

• He/she manages the administrative part, invoicing and updates the CRM and all digital tools

• He/she is in contact with customers

• He/she puts members in contact with each other in order to help them develop business

 • He/she participates in the coffee / Food & Beverage service

1 / RECEPTION & OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

 Located at the reception (in the animated coworking area) the WBP is responsible for:

• Welcoming members, customers and visitors

• Attending their requests

• Managing the operation of meeting rooms

• Ensuring the opening and closing of the coworking space

Closely linked to the welcoming mission, the management of the site’s daily life by guaranteeing operational excellence is a must in WBP’s performance.

He / she is responsible for:

• Guaranteeing the quality of service and the brand image of WOJO.

• Ensuring that the spaces are welcoming and functional living spaces and thus be responsible for the setup, maintenance and good presentation of the premises

• Reporting the necessary information to the Manager

• Regularly dialoguing with our customers in order to obtain their feedback and address proposals on the improvements to be made.

2/ ADMINISTRATIVE/FINANCE

• You ensure the collection of invoices and reminders

• You guarantee the accuracy of the monthly billing cycle

• You monitor the issuance of purchase orders and payment of suppliers

• You make sure to fill in all the administrative part in the different tools

3 / COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Being the main point of contact for customers, the commercial role of the WBP is essential:

• You ensure the renewal of contracts

• You market meeting rooms and associated services (F&B)

• You take care of walk-in prospects and perform visits for them to discover the concept .

• You also ensure the collection of invoices and reminders 

4 / BUSINESS PARTNER

The WBP has the ESSENTIAL mission to create a business link between our customers, that is to say, to connect them with each other so that they can develop their activities. Community animation is part of our DNA, it is a real competitive asset and a tool. This mission is one of the 3 pillars of the WOJO positioning.

It is therefore a must to:

Invent, organize and animate activities and encouraging events so as to promote:

• Communication and business of members among themselves (afterworks, breakfasts, etc.)

• WOJO sites (conferences, etc.)

• Communication with customers (afterworks, etc.)

• Site life and customer satisfaction (events, games, etc.)

The WBP must use these privileged moments to fill the BDD indicating the needs of the customers and then putting the clients in touch with each other.

5 / FOOD & BEVERAGE

In addition to being one of the most expected feature for our members, catering is a service of primary importance, being the bar the lung of the WOJO site, the main city square. Versatility is important to ensure continuous service.

• If necessary, helping the barista during periods of high activity

• Assisting management and implementation of offers for Business services


Preferred experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent job experience.

• Experience> 1 year (internships taken into account)

• Sense of service

• Flawless organization and reliability

• Fluency in English (would be a plus)

• Team Player

• Smiling and good humor are imperative 😊
