The position

Job description

Reporting directly to the Managing Director of TH Barcelona office, you will be part of the Spanish team, alongside a Programme Director and a Business Developer. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues in Paris (6 Programme Directors and 7 Project Managers, communication and marketing teams) on shared projects, as well as with colleagues in Madrid who specialise in mental health and workplace wellbeing services.

Within the team, you will play a key role in the success of our coaching and leadership programmes, ensuring smooth and rigorous delivery from start to finish.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include operational follow-up of programmes, anticipation of key milestones, logistical coordination, scheduling meetings with clients, coaches, and programme directors, as well as preparing learning materials and feedback reports.

You will work closely with programme directors, coaches, clients, and users of our Click & Coach platform, providing support when needed. You will also contribute to financial follow-up (invoicing, purchase orders) and to updating marketing materials. You will be a central contributor to our culture of rigour, collaboration, and proximity.


Preferred experience

You hold a Master’s degree and have at least one year of experience in project management. Used to working in an international context, you are fluent in professional English (C1) and have native-level Spanish (C2). French is not required, but an intermediate to advanced level would be a strong asset.

You are comfortable with digital tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and confident interacting with senior stakeholders. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you combine strong analytical skills with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
