Within 15 days of receiving your application, if it is accepted:

Getting to know each other: discussions with the HR team, meeting with your future manager.

Challenge: a project or technical test to complete and present.

An on-site meeting to finalise discussions with the CTO and visit the premises.

After a reference check, a collaboration proposal is made. Fingers crossed!
