“Be the change you want to see in the world.” Marcela Ospina Lopez is a Communications and Sustainability expert. She is the VP of Sustainability and Culture at the consultancy Both People & Comms, and the Director of the Master in Communication Management at EADA Business School in Barcelona. Marcela moved to Europe from Colombia 22 years ago. In these years, she has worked in strategic communications, social impact and cultural transformation. She has a long history of leading multicultural, multidisciplinary teams in highly complex projects, guiding them to overcome crises and successfully navigate through strategic and innovative changes. Until 2020, she was a member of the Executive Committee of the international NGO Oxfam Intermón. She is passionate about activating sustainability within organisations. Living by her values of empathy, optimism, gratitude and collaboration, she aspires to contribute to a more fair, green and inclusive world.
