“Be the change you want to see in the world”. Marcela Ospina Lopez is a Communications and Sustainability expert. She is the co-founder and partner at the consultancy Wise Work, director of Purpose and Sustainability at the agency Both People and Comms and director of the Master in Communication Management at EADA business school. Marcela moved to Europe from Colombia 20 years ago. In these years, she has gained expertise in strategic communications, social impact and cultural transformation. She has a long history of working with and leading multicultural, multidisciplinary teams in highly complex projects, guiding them to overcome crises and successfully navigate through strategic and innovative changes. She is also passionate about activating sustainability within organizations. Until 2020, she was a member on the Board of Directors of the international NGO Oxfam Intermón. Living by her values of empathy, optimism, gratitude and collaboration, she aspires to contribute to a more fair, green, feminist and diverse world.
