Hybrid mode: 3 days a week in HQ, unless it’s summer flex or the week before Christmas, then you can work from wherever your brain thrives. Countryside or hidden coffee shop - it’s your call.

Remote-first mode: If your role doesn’t demand daily presence, you'll mostly work remotely but we'll expect you to join the team 10 days a quarter for meetups.
