History

Founded in 2013 by Luc Pallavidino and Antoine Louiset in Normandy, Yousign started as a mission to democratize the use of the electronic signature and document automation in order to make it simple and accessible to everyone. Over the past decade, we've grown to become the leading European alternative in e-signature, supporting over 30,000 companies across France, Italy, and Germany.

In 2019, we joined eFounders, one of Europe's top SaaS startup studios. In 2021, we raised €30M from eFounders (now Hexa) and Lead Edge Capital (a fund known for backing BlaBlaCar, Asana, Zoom, Spotify, and Uber).

In 2020, Alban Sayag joined and soon became CEO of the company, ensuring continuity and long-term thinking as we scale. Both founders remain involved in shaping the company's vision through Board presence.

Product and vision

Yousign has been the go-to solution for electronic signatures in Europe. In 2026, we're evolving into Youtrust, a comprehensive digital trust platform designed for the realities of modern business.

Digitalization creates opportunities but also exposes companies to new risks: document forgery, identity theft, AI-enabled fraud. Meanwhile, European regulations are becoming more demanding. We're building the infrastructure that lets businesses grow safely and stay compliant without the complexity.

Our 3 product pillars:

* Sign : 3 levels of electronic signatures (simple, advanced, qualified), legally binding and compliant with European standards.

* Seal (eSeal) : An electronic seal ensuring the integrity and authenticity of documents on behalf of the organization.

* Verify : Identity verification (KYC, KYB, PVID), as well as document verification and bank account checks (IBAN) to combat fraud and enhance compliance.

We're at a pivotal moment. In 2026, Yousign becomes Youtrust, a comprehensive digital trust platform with a refreshed visual identity that embodies our core values: trust, robustness, and agility.

This transformation means we need people who can help us:

• Develop strategic workflows for key industries: finance, real estate, insurance, healthcare, and B2B

• Accelerate our international expansion across Europe

• Stay ahead of regulatory changes, including eIDAS 2.0 and the rollout of European identity wallets

• Build the digital trust layer that European businesses need to operate confidently

We're looking for Talents who've navigated the 50M→+100M ARR journey, with strong ownership paired with humility, alignment with our Operating Principles, and managerial courage when leaders.
