We choose the remote style that best fits the requirements of our job while ensuring a good work-life balance (from full remote to full onsite).
Our hybrid work policy is defined around three groups of teams. This helps ensure consistent treatment across comparable teams, enables efficient cross-team coordination, and builds a scalable model independent of who is in charge.
Frontline: missions with daily customer interactions and field coordination, up to 4 days/week in the office.
Enabler: missions with cross-functional interactions, 2 to 3 days/week in the office.
Builders: missions focused on direct production, with a full-remote option.
Our offices are located in Paris, Barcelona, Caen, and Bordeaux.

Life at Yousign is built around meaningful rituals that keep us connected.
Each month, we hold an All-Hands meeting dedicated to a specific theme: OKRs, People updates, strategic projects, or a specific “spotlight”, giving everyone the chance to stay informed and ask questions.
Beyond formal meetings, we value informal moments just as much! Here are some of the ways we connect:
Summer and Winter team meetings: Twice a year, we gather for two unforgettable days in inspiring locations.
Onboarding week: Every first Tuesday of the month, we welcome our new employees with a special promotion. It's an opportunity to share drinks at the end of the day on Tuesday.
Sports activities: Team members have formed groups around running, climbing, football and more.
Spontaneous moments: Not to mention the many impromptu gatherings that happen naturally!
