Reporting to the Manufacturing Quality Manager, you are responsible for quality management across Socomec factories. You provide support for customer returns, lead incident analysis, and help deploy the quality strategy. You define and implement standards, foster a quality mindset on the shop floor, and ensure the follow-up of serial life activities for Business Applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor serial life activities: lead quality actions for MPR and industrial transfers.
• Enforce the escalation process for the Manufacturing perimeter and support its implementation.
• Deploy the quality strategy, define and implement standards, and support sites through training and coaching.
• Develop a quality mindset within the plants through problem-solving, team support, and a strong presence on the shop floor (Kaizen, Quality tours).
• Monitor and analyze quality documents (PPAP, FMEA, control plans) during industrial transfers, VA/VE, and changes.

Qualifications

• Engineer (Master’s degree) in mechanical or electronic engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Additional training in quality is desirable.
• Technical knowledge in mechanics and/or electronics, processes, metrology/measurement.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, PPAP, etc.).
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
