Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager, you play a key role at the heart of the supplier relationship and ensure the conformity of purchased components.

Responsibilities

• Validate Initial Samples (EI) and manage PPAP files for supplier qualification.
• Handle supplier non‑conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor and approve component changes.
• Supervise incoming inspection of components.
• Create, update and optimize control plans.
• Analyze non‑conformities of purchased components and lead improvement actions.
• Manage supplier quality claims.
• Oversee returns and quality credits.
• Participate in supplier audits and contribute to their development.
• Lead the incoming inspection process and ensure its proper implementation.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, QRQC, MSA, SPC…
• Strong command of PPAP standards and supplier qualification processes.
• Good use of measurement instruments and basic understanding of metrology.
