About us

Our cofounder, who previously led the financial department in another company, experienced the pain around procurement processes and the lack of clarity and information. To solve this, he founded Najar in 2021.

In just a few years, we’ve grown to several millions in ARR supporting 2000+ customers in France and across Europe in their procurement journey, growing the team to 70+ people (including remote employees).

Following a successful Seed funding round and a Series A of €15 million led by 13Books, Portage and Tomcat, we are focused on continuing our growth and expanding our impact in the market.

We have the ambition of being the leading procurement solution in France, and Europe. Our goal is to become the strategic partner for businesses, their Architect of Trust.

Your Role at Najar

As Najar scales, talent becomes a core strategic lever. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of our recruitment function and play a key role in building a high-performance team.

This role is critical to supporting our growth in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment. Recruitment at Najar is not just about hiring fast, but about hiring right: people who can operate at scale, embrace ownership, and contribute to a demanding and ambitious culture.

You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to shape hiring strategies, evolve processes, and ensure every hire aligns with business priorities and Najar’s long-term vision.

Your Responsibilities 🎯

  • End-to-end recruitment ownership: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer, onboarding, and early success.

  • Multi-role hiring: Recruit a wide variety of profiles (Tech, Product, Sales, Corporate), across all seniority levels.

  • Strategic partnership: Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, advising, challenging assumptions, and enabling best hiring practices.

  • Process & scalability: Continuously improve, structure, and adapt recruitment processes to Najar’s growth stage.

  • Sourcing excellence: Build and execute strong, scalable sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.

  • Candidate experience: Ensure a smooth, transparent, and high-quality candidate experience that reflects Najar’s values and ambition.

  • Business-driven hiring: Bring a strong business mindset to hiring decisions, balancing quality, speed, priorities, and constraints.

What We’re Looking For 🔍

  • We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with strong ownership, business acumen, and a passion for building great teams. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience owning end-to-end recruitment in a fast-growing environment, ideally in SaaS or tech

  • Ability to recruit diverse roles across tech, product, sales, and corporate functions

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers

  • A strong sourcing mindset, creative, persistent, and data-informed

  • Fluency in English, comfortable working in an international environment

  • Based in Paris
