As an SDR at Dashdoc, you are on the front line of our sales strategy. You identify opportunities, qualify needs, and pass the most promising leads on to our field sales team.
You play a key role in accelerating our growth and expanding into new markets.
🛠️ Your responsibilities
Identify and prospect new leads through multiple channels: cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.
Qualify outbound leads: understand their challenges, level of maturity, and potential.
Schedule qualified meetings for the field sales team and ensure a smooth handover.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine personas, messaging, and acquisition strategies.
Contribute to continuous improvement: tools, processes, prospecting scripts, and email sequences.
Ensure clear and accurate reporting of your activity in our CRM (HubSpot).
Take part in cross-functional projects (events, trade shows, etc.).
You have initial experience in sales prospecting, sales, or a similar role (apprenticeships and long internships are welcome).
You are curious, well-organized, and results-oriented.
You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
You are comfortable with cold calling and see objections as challenges to overcome.
You bring positive energy and a team spirit; you enjoy learning and sharing knowledge.
You are comfortable using modern tools (CRM, sequencing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
Experience in the transport or logistics sector is a plus, but not required.
Initial phone interview with the Team Lead (in english or french)
60–90 minute interview with the Sales Director for Belgium (in dutch or flamish)
Final phone or video interview with the CEO
