As Yubo continues to grow, we’re entering an exciting phase where data plays a key role in driving our product and business decisions. While our Data Team has built a solid foundation with a strong datalake and well-structured DBT models, many teams still need support in transforming this data into actionable insights to guide their strategies and measure impact.
To accelerate our progress, we’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst (Product Analytics) to join our Data Team (currently two people, including the Manager). You’ll be at the heart of Yubo’s data-driven transformation, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to empower teams with the tools, insights, and frameworks they need to make better decisions.
Drive data-informed decisions: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Moderation teams to define and track KPIs (activation, retention, monetization, engagement).
Deep-dive analysis: Conduct advanced analyses on user acquisition, retention, and monetization to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
Dashboarding & reporting: Build and maintain dashboards in tools like Looker, Amplitude, or Metabase to provide self-service access to critical metrics.
Data collaboration: Partner closely with Data Engineering to ensure the reliability, accessibility, and performance of analytical data pipelines.
Process improvement: Audit and evolve analytics workflows, improve the tracking plan, and identify gaps in data coverage.
Cross-functional enablement: Train stakeholders to interpret dashboards and use analytics tools effectively, promoting a data-first mindset across the company.
Strategic recommendations: Translate complex data into clear stories and actionable insights that drive product improvements and user experience optimization.
Prioritization & leadership: Manage analytical requests, prioritize high-impact topics, and align teams on data definitions and KPIs.

You have 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within a product-focused or consumer tech environment.
You have a strong command of SQL and experience working in modern data stacks (DBT, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Spark).
You are comfortable performing cohort analyses, funnel analyses, and A/B testing, with a solid understanding of statistics.
You have experience designing clear, actionable dashboards and visualizations that drive decision-making.
You’re confident collaborating across teams, translating business problems into data-driven solutions.
You can communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining analytical rigor.
