What you will do:

We’re looking for curious and motivated product manager intern to join our product team. The product team is producing tools that help retailers provide a perfect customer experience. You will collaborate with highly skilled engineers, customer success managers and the customer support team in a fast moving and exciting environment. Above all, you will have a hand in building a solution that disrupts the oldest industry in the world, retail. The intern will be immersed in a start-up atmosphere with the opportunity to develop a multitude of different skills in a very innovative and collaborative working environment.

The internship will be mostly dedicated to working on automations and integrations project:

• Build automation templates that fit customer needs
• Test integration components for new use cases
• Leverage YOOBIC and partners’ APIs to automated actions

Your Role:

• Understand the user needs and how improvements will impact them
• Collaborate with others from within the team and across the business to build and solve the right problems
• Use product development techniques to identify opportunities of impact
• Work closely with engineers to allow for fast development and evolution of applications and services
• Take part in the entire product life cycle, from early stage to releasing
• Clearly communicate the vision, plans, new features and progress against plans to all stakeholders – tailoring communication as appropriate to ensure relevance to the audience
• Explore new opportunities for user needs, toward driving wide adoption of the Yoobic platform within the retail world.

What we are looking for:

• Passionate about startups, entrepreneurship, digital and new technologies
• Technical and / or analytical education (French Grande Ecole, Engineering, Computer Sciences, Sciences, Finances, etc.)
• Expert knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Resourceful, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, the ability to adapt and to work either autonomously or in team
• Intellectually curious, tenacious and organised, IT oriented
• Ability to work within an international environment
• Fluent English
• Basic development skills (HTML, JSON…) desirable

What we offer:

This is a paid internship position with a duration of 6 months with a contract based on working 35 hours a week. It includes a 50% Pass Navigo refund.
