Branding and communication are not new at XAnge. For several years we have been framing a good “RUN” with a strong content marketing (blog, social media) and PR activity.
Now, XAnge is on track to become a European leader. With an historical presence in Paris and a growing one in Germany, the team needs a brilliant brand and communication leader to help our brand move to the next level.
We are looking for someone able to hand over on operational sides and have a strategic input on what we should do to strengthen our brand at a European level.

Your goals

• Build an annual brand & communication strategy:
  Supporting XAnge deaflow efforts and positioning us as a Key Opinion Leader in its sector at European level (mostly in France and Germany, speaker opportunities, partnerships, sponsoring, lead impactful initiatives …).

• Run our communication efforts and channels with the help of freelancers:
  Monthly newsletters, PR, blog content, social media content (Linkedin, Twitter mostly), website update and events.

• Ecosystem Monitoring:
  Understand and map our ecosystem and communities needs and adjust Strategy accordingly (entrepreneurs, LPs, Corporates, KOL…).

• Be responsible of brand consistency by coordinating and supporting XAnge teams communication efforts:
  Investors, Startup Success, LP Success, … They all need to communicate. You will be the one who make their communication efforts happen and consistent by providing brand guidelines, ready to use processes and templates.

• Manage providers and related budget:
  We already work with a bunch of freelancers allowing us to extend our capability to make noise such as PR agency, design freelancers, …

• Reporting and project management:
  You will be in charge of setting up communication channels performance reporting to identify potential improvement and make it readable for XAnge COMEX. You will lead our monthly brand and communication committee.

Overall, you will also work in connection with the Head of Siparex Group Communications to ensure a consistent position across the group.

Team Operations team
The role is part of XAnge Operations team composed of 8 people (Communication, Startup Success, LP Success, Office management) and lead by Guillaume Meulle, Managing partner and has a reporting line with Priscille Clement, head of communications for the Siparex Group

• You are based in Paris with regular trips to Germany ;

• You’ve worked in an accelerator, incubator, VC or Startup/scale-up for at least 3 years.

• You have proven results building brands on both operational and strategy sides ;

• You know tech and startup ecosystem stakeholders and have good networking skills ;

• You are autonomous and a real team player;

• You have strong written and oral communications skills ;

• You’re fluent in English and French. German is a plus ;

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary, with an additional performance related bonus and access to carried interest.
