About the job

Directly working with the CEO & top managers, the right-hand will be at the core of strategic missions and discussions at worklib

Responsibilities:

As a CEO Right-Hand Intern, you will be an integral part of our executive team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and participating to high-level meetings, taking detailed notes and following up with participants
  • Contribute to the elaboration of key presentations (strategy presentations, pitch, fundraise, partnerships)
  • Conducting market research and analysis on various business topics to support decision-making (flexible workspace market, legal analyses, etc.)
  • Contribute to our research and awareness activities on hybrid work and flexible spaces (worklab)
  • Collaborating with different departments to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Comex

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a Grande Ecole de Commerce or d’Ingénieur
  • Prior experience in Strategy Consulting or Investment Banking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel)
