To support our robust growth, we are seeking a Business Developer based in Paris, responsible for advancing our business in France.
As a vital member of our Sales team, you will oversee the entire sales cycle, from discovery to closing deals. Operating with autonomy, you will have the flexibility to propose and adapt your strategies and methods.
On a daily basis, you will engage with founders in the tech ecosystem, HR teams, office managers, and work environment directors.
Your Responsibilities:
Identify new prospects, focusing on startups, SMEs, and ETIs.
Outbound (80%): Develop a high-impact prospecting strategy through mailings, cold calls, and follow-ups.
Inbound: Qualify incoming leads and gauge their interest in WWI.
Cultivate loyalty and upsell opportunities.
Analyze your performance and identify levers to improve conversion.
Implement new tools and processes to optimize prospecting.
Contribute to the creation and improvement of internal processes.
Participate in events to enhance our reputation.

Qualifications:
4 years’ experience in sales: Demonstrating autonomy throughout the sales cycle with a preference for short cycles.
Hunter mentality: Thriving on challenges, particularly adept at outbound strategies.
Excellent communication skills: Proficiency in both oral and written communication.
Fluent in English: Capable of daily interaction with an international team.
Experience with Linkedin and HubSpot: Previous familiarity with these platforms.
