  • Why this role exists

At Naboo, video is not a side asset. It is becoming a core part of how we build trust, accelerate conversion, support adoption, strengthen client relationships, and elevate the perception of our brand.

Over the next six months, our ambition is clear. We want to structure video as a true business lever and raise the quality bar to a level that feels closer to a premium agency than to an internal content function. That means producing stronger work, with more consistency, more clarity, and more strategic intent — without sacrificing speed or scalability.

This role exists because we do not need someone who simply captures events or edits content on request. We need someone who can help build the video function itself: someone able to think across brand, sales, product education, post-event value, and acquisition. Someone who understands that a strong video is not just well shot or well edited, but designed for a specific audience, a specific moment, a specific channel, and a specific business objective.

We are looking for a videographer with strong creative instincts, a real sensitivity for motion and premium execution, and a genuine interest in AI-native workflows. Ideally, you already know the pace and standards of event production, you have worked in B2B environments, and you are excited by the idea of helping an ambitious tech company build a world-class video capability.

  • What you’ll do

You will own video projects across the full Naboo funnel. Some videos will exist to reinforce trust and credibility: premium client testimonials, company announcements, podcast and YouTube formats, brand moments that help the market understand who we are and why we matter. Some will serve conversion more directly by helping Sales shorten the cycle and answer objections more clearly: pitch videos, persona-based formats, short videos designed for outbound, HubSpot sequences, or high-value commercial conversations.

Other projects will focus on clarity and adoption. Video at Naboo should also make the product and the experience easier to understand, easier to trust, and easier to buy into. That can mean FAQ formats, feature showcases, explanatory motion content, or reassurance assets around process, compliance, security, and large-account requirements. And because Naboo is fundamentally tied to the event experience, video also has a major role to play after the event itself: creating premium aftermovies, personalized recap assets, and post-event content that strengthens satisfaction, memorability, and repeat business.

Over time, video will also play a growing role in acquisition. We want to build formats that are strong enough to support SaaS storytelling, paid campaigns, product value communication, and sharper top-of-funnel narratives. This means the role requires someone who can move comfortably between brand content, sales enablement, event storytelling, motion explanation, and performance-oriented thinking.

This is why we care so much about ownership. In this role, producing the video is not enough. You will be expected to think upstream and downstream. Before production, you should want to understand who the video is for, what problem it solves, how it will be distributed, and what “good” looks like in context. After production, you should think about how the content can live across multiple formats, how it can be reused, and how one project can generate a larger asset system rather than a single export.

We also want someone who can help structure the video function itself. That includes improving the way we prepare shoots, standardizing templates and recurring formats, strengthening post-production quality, and building a more intelligent production workflow overall. The goal is not just to make better videos one by one, but to raise the consistency, usefulness, and perceived quality of the entire video output at Naboo.

  • AI-native by design

AI should be part of how you work, not something you try occasionally on the side. We are looking for someone who already explores tools seriously and understands that AI can accelerate far more than editing speed. It can improve research, concept development, scripting, benchmarking, shot preparation, post-production workflows, repurposing, subtitle generation, and creative exploration.

But curiosity alone is not enough. What matters is your ability to turn experimentation into reliable workflows and finished outputs. We want someone who does not stop at “this tool looks promising,” but who pushes ideas through to execution, integrates useful tools into a repeatable process, and knows when to go deeper by seeking documentation, tutorials, or external expertise if needed. AI should help you create better work, faster and smarter — not replace strategic thinking.

  • What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who already has strong foundations in filming, editing, and visual storytelling, with a clear taste for premium execution. A good sense of motion matters a lot in this role, not because we need a pure motion designer, but because the level of finish expected at Naboo increasingly requires strong pacing, good animation instincts, clean overlays, and a clear understanding of how motion can improve clarity and perceived quality.

Experience in event environments is important, because a big part of the role will involve capturing moments that cannot be recreated and turning them into assets that feel polished, intentional, and high-value. Experience in B2B matters too, because our videos are not only meant to entertain or look good: they need to reassure, convince, explain, and support a premium buying experience.

More than anything, we are looking for someone who can grow into strong ownership. Someone talented, ambitious, and hungry, but also able to step back and properly scope a project before jumping into execution. Someone who wants to understand what already exists, what has worked before, what competitors or leading brands do well, and what resources are needed to deliver the right level of output.

Confidence matters here as well. Not the kind that performs certainty, but the kind that allows someone to bring ideas forward, test them early, and refine them through dialogue. The right person for this role is not someone who starts a project in a defensive mindset or assumes defeat too early. It is someone who learns to build confidence by framing the problem properly, confronting ideas with others, and using structure as a way to unlock stronger execution.

  • What this role is not

This is not a simple videography role focused only on shooting and editing event recaps. It is also not a content factory role where volume matters more than relevance. We are not looking for someone who waits for a request, produces a file, and moves on. We are looking for someone who wants to help build a video function that is sharper, more premium, more structured, and more useful to the business.

This is also not a role where AI is treated like a gimmick. We are not interested in surface-level experimentation without impact. What matters is the ability to combine strong judgment, creative standards, operational rigor, and modern tools into a workflow that genuinely raises the level.

  • Why join us

Naboo is building something ambitious. We want to become a reference in B2B event tech, with a brand and a level of execution that feel premium, modern, and internationally credible. Video has a central role to play in that ambition.

Joining this role means more than making content. It means helping define how video supports trust, conversion, clarity, adoption, client experience, and acquisition across the company. It means working on visible projects, in a demanding environment, with real room to shape formats, standards, and workflows. And it means helping build a video practice that can eventually rival the output of an external agency — from inside the company.
