As a Business Analyst, you play a key role in bridging business needs and IT delivery. You gather and structure requirements, contribute to solution design, and actively support implementation across multiple parallel initiatives. The role requires balancing analytical rigor with speed and delivery focus.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements

• Document functional flows and interactions in a concise and implementation-ready way

• Contribute to solution design and support delivery alongside project teams

• Define priorities, milestones, and ensure alignment with short delivery cycles

• Support testing phases and validate business value with end users

• Monitor and follow up on functional issues and anomalies

• Act as a functional reference point for delivery teams

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders in a fast-moving, multi-project environment

Profile

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/digital environments

• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-project contexts

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Pragmatic mindset with focus on delivery and business value

• Ability to make decisions and move forward with incomplete information

• Experience with Agile and project delivery practices

• Good understanding of digital solutions and technologies

• Experience in an international environment is a plus
