Germany is a strategic priority for WeeFin. Following our €25M fundraising round, we are accelerating our international development with a clear ambition: to become the European leader in sustainable finance.
As part of this mission, we are looking for a motivated young professionnal to support the foundation of our German market presence. Based in Paris, you will report directly to our Chief International Officer and work at the heart of our international growth strategy in the DACH region.
You will collaborate with all of WeeFin’s teams (Sales, Customer Success, Expertise, Product, Tech) to gain an in-depth understanding of the platform and contribute actively to our expansion.
Researching and understanding the key ESG regulations and trends in Germany
Promoting WeeFin’s expertise and platform through German-language content (articles, presentations, marketing materials)
Attending key events to build visibility and networks in the German-speaking market
Developing and nurturing relationships with local institutions, organisations, and strategic partners
Supporting internal strategic alignment (market positioning, competitor analysis, messaging, target setting, etc.)

The V.I.E. program is a unique, government-backed opportunity for young professionals to gain international business experience while being financially supported and administratively assisted, a great stepping stone for a global career.
Paid and protected: Participants receive a monthly allowance (tax-free) and are covered by French social security and insurance schemes (but no need to hold a French citizenship).
No need for a visa: V.I.E progressionals won’t require a VISA to work in the UK, as they will receive immediate sponsorship from a third-party provider.
Native in German, both written and spoken
Interest in sustainable finance and ESG topics
Background in finance, economics, or law (ideally with a focus on sustainable finance or regulation)
Excellent communication skills and a relationship-building mindset
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving start-up environment
Fluent in English; French is a plus but not required
