The Operations manager oversees the whole operation, both from an internal and external perspective. He/she is responsible for Operational performance consistency, and financial performance. The Operations Manager is the client’s vendor manager and Webhelp-stakeholders’ main point of contact, at a local and global level. He/she contributes to budgeting, financial check and follow-up, ramp-up and ramp-down strategies, and the team’s career path and evolution.
