As Growth & Content Marketing Manager, you will work directly with the Marketing Director and the leadership team to build and scale Wakeo’s inbound engine.
In this role, you will be the "voice" of Wakeo across all digital channels and the technical owner of our lead generation funnel. You will combine high-level storytelling with a hands-on approach to marketing automation to drive qualified leads and support our international growth.
MISSIONS 💪
- Funnel Optimization: Oversee the digital journey from end-to-end to identify friction points, improve conversion rates, and ensure a seamless handoff of leads to the Sales team.
- Business & Sales Alignement: Work as a strategic partner to the Sales and Product teams to refine our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and ensure our messaging solves the real-world pains of Supply Chain Leaders.
- Inbound & HubSpot Management: Act as the hands-on owner of our HubSpot CRM (shared with Sales). You will create landing pages, lead-capture forms, and automated email sequences to turn visitors into qualified leads.
- Social Media & Brand Awareness: Own our LinkedIn strategy from A to Z. You will be responsible for the editorial calendar, drafting expert content, and preparing designs to grow our audience and engagement.
- Website & SEO/LLM Positioning: Define Wakeo’s semantic authority and content pillars to ensure we dominate our category in the eyes of both prospects and search engines (SEO/GEO).
- Campaigns & Thought Leadership: Design and lead integrated marketing campaigns, including the organization of webinars and the production of "gated" content such as whitepapers and ROI guides.
- Customer Advocacy: Interview our clients to develop high-impact case studies and stories that demonstrate the value of Wakeo’s solution.
IDEAL PROFILE ⭐
- You are fluent in English and French.
- You have 3-5 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record in both content creation and lead generation.
- You demonstrate impeccable copywriting skills and the ability to translate complex, technical supply chain topics into compelling narratives for an executive audience.
- You are highly "hands-on" with marketing automation tools (like Hubspot) : you are comfortable building workflows, managing forms, and tracking performance independently.
- You have a visual eye to produce professional designs for social media, presentations and the web.
- You have a strong understanding of SEO and the evolving search landscape (LLMs/AI search).
- You are data-driven and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- You are comfortable managing your own priorities, and collaborating directly with Sales, Product, and the Executive team.
- Proficiency in German and experience in Supply Chain are a great plus.
