The opportunity

In order to support the continuous growth of our business, we are looking for an AP Accountant to join our Accounting team and work alongside our super Accountant France. She will be in charge of your training and it is guaranteed that you will learn a lot in this role.

🎯 Your missions:

• Assist with handling suppliers’ accounts with the entry of invoices, payments, and their follow-up
• Receipt, conformity check, and accounting record of vendor bills with analytical imputation
• Follow-up of the validation flow
• Create and update the vendors’ database to guarantee a fluent payment process
• Guarantee the reliability of the accounting and analytical charges of supplier invoices
• Manage any emails/letters to the accounting department from suppliers
• Contribute to monthly and annual closing processes
• Contribute to the team. Togetherness is one of our values
• Be a point of contact for other Virtuo teams for questions related to the AP process.

• You have obtained a BAC+2 or BAC+3 degree in Accounting or Finance (BTS, DUT, DCG,..)
• You are fluent in French (written and spoken)
• You are hands-on and willing to work in a dynamic environment where things change fast!
• You are organized and rigorous
• You have good communication skills and a true team player.
