Your mission if you accept it

Our hands-on Atlassian tools training program will make you a true expert at thwarting the most dreaded deployments!

Our goal: to support you in developing your skills throughout your career with us, all in a work environment conducive to fulfilment.

You will have several "capes"

*Test the ground: analyze customer needs, advise them, carry out technical and functional audits

*Establish your action plan: configure and integrate applications according to customer needs and requirements

*Ensure change management: deploy and adopt Atlassian collaborative tools. You will also be required to conduct training for future users.

As a faithful defender of agile methods, you will not forget to:

*Ensure compliance with good practices and methods related to agility (Safe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

*Share: contribute to knowledge sharing and participate in events promoting Atlassian tools combined with agile methods.

You will be 40% of your time with our clients in France and/or abroad according to your mobility wishes, so keep your passport handy!

What does one of your weeks at Valiantys look like?

Generally the week starts with a weekly with your Project Manager to take stock of your different projects: your progress, your challenges, your schedule...etc.

Here we go, you can start your week:

*Monday, Tuesday on the same project for an Industry client: implementation of a feature on Jira Software and Jira Align.

*On Wednesday, you lead a training session (remote or face-to-face) on Advanced Roadmap (an app from the Atlassian marketplace) with users of a retail start-up.

*Thursday: you participate in the construction of a demo for the pre-sales and in the afternoon you go to the customer to carry out a functional and technical audit by talking with the project manager of a CAC 40 company.

*Friday, you can be mobilized to work on your practice.

What is a practice? Practices are communities that allow you to specialize in a particular area by receiving support, training and advice. You will have dedicated time that allows you to participate in these activities in order to build/strengthen your career around a specialization. Once you have reached a certain level of specialization, you can also contribute to improving the practice by supporting other consultants, by creating material for sales/presales/delivery/marketing.

Do you have what it takes to be a Consultant?

To be really comfortable in this role, you need to have a first experience in consulting, software development or technical pre-sales.

*A bac +4/5 training in computer science is imperative to be able to get out of it technically, as a team at the customer.

*A good command of English and French is imperative and believe us if we tell you, you will really need it!

And to perfectly embody this role, the expected soft skills are:

*To properly advise clients, you must know how to listen, use empathy and pragmatism to properly guide them in their choices.

*You don't know how to start something without giving your best

*Of course, you should have customer satisfaction at heart.

The diversity of clients, sectors and therefore issues will require autonomy, initiative, a hint of organization and a good handful of curiosity!
