The role of the Senior People Operations Manager is to provide seamless HR operational support to all employees in our Paris office and to support on benefits and reward.
The role will have accountability for all touch points of the entire employee lifecycle from the offer process for new hires, to onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, bi-annual pay reviews, job changes through to leaving.
Their stakeholders include the Talent Acquisition Team, HRBPs, all Paris based employees as well as the broader Trainline Management community.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of HR operations for the entire employee life cycle in France
- Working closely with the HR Business partnering team and people managers to advise and support on all HR topics from hiring, performance management, promotions, job changes and local policies.
- Lead on payroll activities for FR based employees.
- Maintain and lead on updating HR systems with France based employee data, ensuring the safety of our data, as well as driving efficiency in providing the best service to our management population and employees.
- Working with the wider people operations team in reviewing and developing HR policies and benefits to ensure Trainline is a great place to work and focuses on the health and wellbeing of our employees.
- Working with and supporting the Head of Reward on the reward agenda including pay bands, bonus, share plans and benefits.
- Champion data, metrics and insights and use HR data to enable the team to make intelligent decisions.
- Pro-actively looking to improve ways of working to increase efficiency and improve the employee experience.
- Support the corporate governance agenda including audit, DRR, Gender pay gap reporting and equal pay.
