You will work closely with the CMO and be a part of the marketing team in a fully remote and highly collaborative environment.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and results-driven team and to be able to learn and to have impact from the get-go.
As a hands-on and motivated member of the marketing team, you support the execution of the numerous marketing initiatives globally and collaborate closely with the Sales and Product teams.
Your mission will include:
- Events: coordinate and assist in on-site events’ management from planning to execution, and running promotion before, during and after. You will work in synchronizations with Sales teams to maximize events’ impact and ROI.
- Virtual events: from planning to set up and execution, you’ll coordinate tasks like dry run sessions, registrations and follow up emails.
- Campaigns: assist in the planning and execution of digital campaigns to generate leads and boost brand awareness.
- Content: in line with our content strategy, you’ll take part in content creation and publication from web pages, blog posts, social posts, client case studies, PR and more
- Creative: you’ll assist in the creation of brand assets using Canva.
- Data analytics: collecting and summarizing results of projects/campaigns to help assessing results.
You will be a great fit if :
* You are a Business or Marketing Master student and looking for a 6 to 12 months internship
* You are very hands-on and pay attention to details
* You are self-motivated and autonomous, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize with a flexible approach.
* You are at ease with digital office tools (Google suite)
* You are a strong team player working in cross-functional teams.
* You speak fluent English. French is a plus.
* You have excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills preferred.
* You are interested in developing a strong all-rounder marketing skill set in an international team
Bonus point if you have :
* You come from the hospitality industry and/ or from the Tech industry and you have an excellent market vision.
* You have prior knowledge in social media and digital marketing.
* You have experience in event organization.
* You have knowledge in MS-Office and Canva
* You have prior knowledge of marketing tactics, tools & processes.
* You have strong assets in Analytics and approach to data
