About Us

The Sandbox is a decentralized community-driven gaming, digital art, and game development ecosystem where creators and designers can create and monetize their art NFTs, art, and gaming experiences on the blockchain.

Reporting to the Lead Account Manager in the Publishing Team, you will co­ordinate and drive delivery for outsourced The Sandbox projects through external creators (UGC, metaverse agencies, studios etc.), to develop highly engaging experiences and games content for our players.​ 

You will help our partners to create a meaningful project that will exploit the best of The Sandbox ecosystem, bring value to their NFT collection and emulate our community. 

You will be responsible for facilitating communication and development efforts in the teams (both internal and external) including metaverse agencies, studios, and team members of several countries.

External Engagement

As a pivotal liaison, you will manage a portfolio of creative agencies, studios partners across the globe. Your role involves guiding them through their The Sandbox journey by providing essential information, feedback, and documentation. You will facilitate their collaboration with our Marketing and Live Operations teams to ensure the successful execution of their projects and strengthen our partnerships.

Internal Collaboration

Your insights are invaluable. You will channel partner feedback to internal teams at The Sandbox, aiding in the development of tools and processes that enhance account management efficiency. Additionally, you’re responsible for compiling and delivering regular reports that detail the production status of your accounts to your manager, ensuring transparent and up-to-date communication.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in Game Production or Project Management. This individual will oversee multiple projects, working closely with our partners to deliver top-tier games and experiences within The Sandbox ecosystem, thereby fostering durable and productive partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the onboarding of projects (games & experiences) via creative agencies, studios, and partners, setting expectations, and providing education on game/experience development, publishing, and NFTs.

  • Enhancing partner collaboration through effective communication between partner teams and The Sandbox’s internal teams.

  • Overseeing the NFT drop process, coordinating between partners, and our Publishing and Marketing teams.

  • Maintaining seamless communication across all team members, both external and internal.

  • Managing and improving Project Management tools and CRM systems.

  • Developing and refining documentation to simplify the partner journey.

  • Screening incoming projects to assess their potential impact.

  • Ensuring partners are well-informed of our Guidelines.

  • Keeping abreast of leading products in the industry for benchmarking.

  • Managing post-launch strategies to maintain and evolve business relationships and experiences with our partners.

  • Identifying and managing opportunities and dependencies, engaging with stakeholders, generating progress reports, and highlighting delivery risks to senior management.

  • Implementing new initiatives, including organizational or communication process improvements, labels, and portfolio structuring.

  • Encouraging landowners to maximize the use of their assets.

  • Organizing metaverse events for our partners.
