You'll be responsible for executing a field marketing plan to generate awareness and create demand gen primarily in EMEA, particularly in France, Benelux, Nordics, and DACH, to position Sweep as a thought leader in the climate technology market.
As Field Marketing Manager you will report to the Global VP of Marketing and work closely with the Field Marketing Manager covering the US and UK. You will execute the strategy prepared by the Senior Field Marketing Manager, including a variety of marketing programs and tactics, with a strong focus on trade shows, webinars, and partner events, from communication planning (emails, social media, sales outreach) through to logistical execution. You will work with the entire marketing team, from content marketing, to email and organic social colleagues, to deliver on the lead generation objectives outlined in the strategy
To be more specific, this includes:
1. Implement field marketing strategies that unlock growth 🚀
Execute the marketing plan that supports pipeline goals, aligned to sales’ quarterly objectives.
Build and maintain direct relationships with sales team members to ensure the regions meet their targets. Ensure outreach and follow-up processes are properly implemented, followed, and tracked for each field marketing activity.
Coordinate the execution of key lead generation and brand awareness programs, including tradeshows, online events and partner events:
Trade shows: Ensure end-to-end execution of our presence at sponsored events, including booth design and messaging, communications planning, sales team enablement and alignment, and on-site booth management.
Partner events: Liaise with partners to expand brand awareness across multiple regions and ensure consistent messaging and execution.
Webinars: Plan and execute the webinar program by coordinating internal teams on communications, managing logistics on the webinar platform (ON24), and liaising with partners and speakers when needed, while showcasing customer voices whenever possible.
2. Assess New Opportunities 🎯
Build strong relationships with our key partners and execute marketing programs together.
Ensure performance targets are met, analyze success metrics and report results with complete transparency to deliver continual improvement.
Establish and proactively manage the Field and Partner Marketing budgets, being vigilant in tracking, and effective in spend.

Qualifications 🏆
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Field Marketing role
Understanding fundamentals of the marketing funnel from top to bottom and activities to move prospects through to close
Experience in carbon management and ESG is ideal
Savvy enterprise B2B marketer with expertise in live events, face-to face programs and virtual events
Enthusiasm for challenges, great interpersonal skills to get the best out of the cross functional teams and marketing teams
Project management and budget management capabilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
