We’re looking for a Paris-based Head of Sales - DACH to drive the growth of our managed security services for clients across Germany and Austria.
Your missions:
1. Management & leadership
Recruit, train, and coach a team of Account Executives for the DACH region.
Establish a strong performance-driven culture and accurate forecasting processes.
Structure the team to evolve with Team Leads and segmentation as the business scales.
2. Internal and external alignment
Work hands in hands with our DACH Country Manager who is responsible for the expansion of our insurance business in the DACH region through independant insurance brokers.
Work hands in hands with the internal stakeholders who are sourcing leads for the DACH sales team (CSM, CERT…)
Ensure that the growth of our managed services business in the DACH region is understood and supported by the independant brokers who disiribute Stoïk cyberinsurance policies on the DACH market.
Native German speaker and fluent in English (French is a plus).
Proven track record selling complex B2B or SaaS solutions.
Proven track record managing sales teams in fast-growing environments: recruiting, training, and driving high performance.
Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, and account-based selling.
Ability to sell and negotiate at C-level (CFO, CIO, CISO) and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and a strong business sense.
Nice to have:
Experience in cybersecurity or managed services sales.
Experience building partnerships with resellers, MSSPs, or integrators.
