Position Overview

• As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic BSM - Finance to join our team.

• This role focuses on providing our brokers the best support for any topic related to cash collection. You will be part of the Broker Success team, establishing strong connections with our customers in the German and French markets.

• Your responsibilities also include ensuring a smooth product feedback loop and coordinating high-quality feature launches.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enable brokers for cash movements business-related (all markets)

   • Check payments received to increase the % of payment matching

   • Check broker commissions

2. Own broker relationship for cash management (focus FR + DACH)

   • Follow-up with brokers about unpaid premium

   • Manage agencies KYB (bank details, legal documents, etc.)

3. Along with Product team, share insights to build the processes related to your daily job (all markets)

   • Cash collection process

   • Billing system

• Bilingual French + German + fluent in English

• Organization and rigor, you’ll be tackling volume and have direct access to Stoïk’s cash

• Communication, you’ll be talking with brokers on a daily basis

• Process-oriented, you’ll be the first for this job, there’s a lot to build !

• 30 min call with Head of BSM

• 30 min with Head of Finance

• 45min business case with Operations team

• Cultural fit with Founders (15 min each)
