Responsibilities**

• Communication with tenants

• Representing the company to tenants

• Managing and monitoring incoming maintenace requests

• Autiting properties (checklist)

• Researching and sourcing competitive bids from various service providers, such as insurers, cleaning companies, technicians

• Placing orders for materials

• Participating in the opening of new properties

• Market research

• You enjoy human interaction

• Excellent conversational skills (FR + EN) by phone, writing, face to face
