Our Journey

Sorare was founded by Nicolas Julia and Adrien Montfort in 2018 in Paris to bring sports fans across the globe closer to the players, teams, and leagues they love.

Sorare is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the iOS team. Sorare’s iOS team plays a critical role across the entire company by developing the premier Blockchain-Fantasy-Sport iOS application.

As a Senior Software Engineer, your primary objective will be to architect and develop sophisticated enhancements for our existing Application, elevating its functionality and user experience to new heights. Your expertise will guide the integration of cutting-edge features, ensuring seamless and innovative improvements to our platform. Sorare is a collaborative and team oriented environment. 

As a (Role title) at Sorare, you will :

• Drive complex projects from inception to launch

• Work with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to execute on our roadmap

• Implement pixel perfect designs with advanced animations and flows

• Design and build toward optimal solutions to tough technical problems

• Care deeply about security, performance, and maintainability

• Help design and build our mobile infrastructure

The ideal candidate:

• You have +5 years of experience within software engineering

• You have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English

• Experience developing and shipping high-quality iOS products

• Hands-on experience with Swift and UIKit (bonus if experienced with SwiftUI or other Rx frameworks)

• Have production experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs

• Independent, curious and highly motivated to explore novel solutions with a growing team in a challenging space

• Attention to detail: you strive for the high quality from top to bottom

• You are a team player who collaborates with empathy and respect

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• You take accountability as a self starter who can work independently towards objectives
