Your role You will be part of the Software Club HR team and you will work directly with the senior managers of the different teams on various topics related to people administration and management.
Your responsibilities:
1. Recruitment (70%)
Overall objectives: scaling the SWC team in Paris, the Philippines and in our Freelance Galaxy by finding the profiles based on the needs across teams
Key Learnings: growth hacking, lean processes
refreshing, reviewing, creating job offers
screening new potential partners (job desks, head hunter…) from prospection to budget negotiation
support to recruiting processes (preliminary interview, profiles review)
prepare school career fairs and online job events in every management and business school
ensure smooth admin on-boarding, arrival and training for new members (on-boarding guide creation/training…)
2. People Development & Company Culture (30%)
Overall objectives: creating the condition for personal growth and happiness of the team Key Learnings: digital tools, event management, budget management, planification
create assessment and evaluation processes for every members of every team (Paris, Philippines, Cairo, external)
strengthen the onboarding project across team
create initiatives to strengthen SWC company culture
support the office management and team not related to work events (team events, drinks, parties, initiatives - support to administrative operations (gestion de la paie, congés, absences, formations)
Your profile:
You are a “people person”, you are genuinely interested in the people you meet.
You are pursuing a Master’s Degree with previous experience (internship or alternance) in HR.
You have a relevant first professional experience in HR / Ops / Project management.
But above all:
You are rigorous and organized.
You are autonomous and proactive.
You are creative and resilient, you don’t give up at the first difficulty and you have more than one trick up your sleeve!
You can work in an English environment and you are able to make phone calls in English
You like tech, dynamic environments, small structures, entrepreneurship
This role is open to all international profiles. The languages to be mastered, without conditions, written and spoken are English and French.
