SINGULART is seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to spearhead our expansion into the high-value artwork market, focused on pieces valued several thousands of euros.

Directly working with SINGULART's founder, Vera, we're ready to launch a new offer dedicated to this high-value market. We need the right individual to join us on this journey, experiment fast with us, and discover how to build a successful digital offer for high-net-worth individuals.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES WILL ARTICULATE AROUND 4 PILLARS

Driving Sales through Storytelling and Strong Customer Relationship Management

Your primary responsibility will be to craft effective sales pitches, anchored in a deep understanding of high-value artworks to engage potential buyers and convert conversations with prospects into sales.

Through tailored advice for every prospect, you'll empower clients to make informed purchasing decisions. Your deep understanding of the artwork and the artist's context will help tell compelling stories that engage clients and drive sales. However the most important aspect will remain in establishing and managing strong relationships with our clients and prospects. You will engage with our clients, identifying their needs and preferences to provide a personalised service.

Artwork Curation for our target audience

With your deep understanding of the market, its trends and its customers, you will play a critical role in supporting our small team in the selection of high-value artworks for our sales and vetting the prices.

Brand Promotion and Networking

As a representative of SINGULART, you'll promote our brand, embodying our values and mission in all your interactions. As we are launching a new offer, building the early adopters network will be key. We are therefore looking for someone willing to attend events or activate and build their international network over the phone to make our launch a success & recognized among our target audience circles.

Feedback & Service Enhancement

As you will be directly in contact with our prospects and clients, your role will also consist in using their feedback to continually suggest how to enhance our services. This iterative process will contribute to continuously provide exceptional service to our clients and artists. With time, we want to grow the Sales Advisors team with splitted portfolio.

We're looking for someone with the maximum of these qualifications

  • Sales & Negotiation in the Art World: a minimum of 5 years of experience in art sales and advisory roles, with a focus on high-value artwork and experience working in galleries and/or auction houses. You should have a strong ability to value and sell artworks using your leadership and interpersonal skills. Your capacity to successfully sell to a premium, HNWI audience is proven.
  • Communication and Cultural Skills: excellent negotiation and public speaking skills. You should be culturally sensitive to cater to a diverse and international clientele.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changes. Self-driven, you are setting high standards for yourself and are constantly looking to put yourself out of your comfort zone.
  • Language Requirement and Plus: mandatory fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages like Spanish, Italian, or German is a plus. Experience with digital platforms and technology related to CRM systems, social media, and online galleries is also beneficial.
