In this challenging role as a Senior Order Management & Processing Expert, you will assume central responsibility for optimizing and managing the entire order processing flow. With your expertise in SAP and other ERP systems, you will drive process efficiency and ensure compliance with corporate-wide standards.

This is your role. What part will you play?

Customer Service and Escalation Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for complex customer inquiries and escalations (internal & external).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key players within and outside the company.
  • Record and process customer complaints, develop solutions to resolve conflicts.

Customer Management and Order Processing:

  • Receive and record customer orders through various channels (phone, email).
  • Coordinate with internal departments to clarify order details and delivery inquiries.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding delivery delays and coordinate special deliveries.

Use your skills to move the world forward:

  • Master´s degree in BA or Economics
  • At least 5 years of experience in order processing In-depth knowledge of SAP SD ABAP Customizing and understanding of ERP system architectures.
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Experience in project management, ideally in areas such as digitalization and process management is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, both in German and English.
  • Strong and proactive problem-solving competence and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
