We are a growing SaaS company, composed of a dedicated team of 120 professionals, focused on delivering innovative cybersecurity solutions. Our mission is to drive sustainable revenue growth and enhance operational efficiency through strategic sales management.

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in optimizing our sales and revenue processes. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and technology teams to ensure effective revenue management and operational excellence, contributing to the company’s growth objectives.

Your missions:

  • HubSpot Orchestration: Serve as the functional architect of HubSpot, our CRM. You’ll lead system maintenance, deliver high-impact user training, and build the reporting frameworks and documentation necessary to turn data into actionable insights for conversion and retention.

  • Revenue Stack Ownership: Own the end-to-end management of our Revenue tool stack. From prospecting tools to partner portals, you’ll ensure our tech is integrated, adopted, and delivering maximum ROI.

  • AI & GTM Engineering: Step in as our first GTM Engineer. You will proactively identify automation opportunities and leverage AI to build sophisticated workflows that eliminate manual tasks and accelerate our sales velocity.

📍 The position can be based in Paris, Rennes or fully remote.

Your profile:

🤩 We are excited to meet you if :

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Admin or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data for decision-making.

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

  • Capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity sector is advantageous but not required.

  • You speak and write English fluently
