Your role :
Join Schneider Electric’s Global International Mobility Center as the Europe Regional Manager, leading end-to-end mobility operations for inbound and outbound assignments across the region.

This role combines strategic advisory, operational excellence, and team leadership (7 people) to deliver seamless mobility experiences aligned with business needs.

Your missions :

  • Act as the regional mobility expert, advising HRBPs, Finance, and HR Services on policy application and process optimization.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and market trends to adapt mobility strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in mobility programs.
  • Oversee assignment lifecycle including immigration, relocation, tax, payroll, and compliance.
  • Ensure accuracy in compensation, contracts, and cost projections.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to maintain policy integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery through vendors and internal teams, with a focus on VIP and complex cases.
  • Lead review meetings, analyze employee feedback and develop action plans to enhance employee experience.
  • Simplify processes to improve speed, clarity, and satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop a team (currently 7 mobility professionals).
  • Drive regional and global mobility projects, contributing to the evolution of Schneider Electric’s mobility strategy.


Your profile :
  • Proven expertise in international mobility, with strong technical knowledge in compensation, benefits, and compliance.
  • Deep understanding of European mobility practices, with specific expertise in French regulations (tax, social security, immigration).
  • Collaborative, customer-focused, and results-driven leader.

  • Strong technical expertise in international mobility (compensation, benefits, compliance),
  • Deep understanding of European mobility practices and French regulations (tax, social security, immigration),
  • Full lifecycle ownership across immigration, relocation, tax, payroll and compliance.


Soft skills:
  • Collaborative, customer-focused and results-driven leadership,
  • Stakeholder management (HRBPs, Finance, HR Services, vendors),
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to simplify processes,
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
