About the job

Our Team:

Join a dynamic team in a context of business transformation! CHC Business Analysis & Controlling team has the strategic role of monitoring financial performance and trajectory of manufacturing sites and global network. Our performance drives Cost of Goods Sold (COGs) down, protecting CHC competitiveness against peers.

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for all reporting aspects for CHC M&S:

  • Lead reporting activities during monthly closing and forecast exercises.
  • Anticipate and prepare forecast exercises defining financial reporting guidelines for the whole CHC M&S network worldwide.
  • Ensure process alignment with all stakeholders such as Boost teams, CHC GBU and CHC M&S teams.
  • Oversee data preparation and consolidation in financial tools.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency in line with standard procedures.
  • Prepare analysis, comments, and presentations to CHC management.
  • Develop and provide high quality standard reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate ah-hoc reporting processes and ensure data is submitted on time and accurately.
  • Strive for simplification impacting manufacturing sites, regions, and central teams.
  • Lead Capex reporting.
  • Support standard costs yearly updates including first level review and analysis.

Lead transversal projects

  • Support new tool implementation.
  • Lead transversal initiatives at CHC and M&S level driving continuous improvement of management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Implement trainings for newcomers and update standard procedures.

About you

  • Experience: Previous experience in Finance, within Manufacturing and Supply is a plus.
  • Soft skills: analytical mind, proactive, business-oriented, demonstrated communication skills, looking for continuous improvements.
  • Technical skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with financial tools such as TM1 and SAP.
  • Education: master’s degree in finance or business administration.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, French is a plus.
