Main responsibilities:

This role primarily involves managing the Nitrosamines project under the supervision of the Head of TRC. The individual will be responsible for coordinating team meetings, ensuring effective communication among team members, and tracking project progress. They will also be tasked with reminding team members of overdue tasks, summarizing achievements, and following up on previous projects. Additionally, they will assist core team members in obtaining documentation from Japan, providing data, and archiving them. The individual will be expected to report their progress to the TRC Head and manage necessary reports summarizing achievements.

Your Mission:

Nitrosamines project management:

• Under the supervision of Head of TRC manage the NDSRI part related to Nitrosamines program
• Help to coordinate the different meetings with the team, write minutes.
• Ensure good communication in between the team members.
• Follow up on project.
• Remind when tasks are late.
• Summarize achievements.
• Follow up on previous projects: ensure that all planned task for Nitrosamines step 4 are done on time,
• Help Core team member to get the documentation from Japan, provide data, archive them.
• Ensure follow up and report it to TRC Head
• Manage the necessary reports summarizing achievements

About you:

• Experience: technical, Chemist or pharmacist degree, applying for Master 2 in project Management
• Soft skills: Quick learner, take initiatives, adaptability (to culture, to job profiles),
• Technical skills: Good chemistry and pharmacy background /Project Management / able to use usual Microsoft tools
• Education: chemist or pharmacist
• Languages: Fluent in English
