- Management of a team of 12 mechanics and 2 logisticians to support execution of CFM on-site support for Airbus on Leap-1A's engines until delivery of the Aircraft.
- Forecasting, planning, and management of resources to ensure adequate capacity and efficiency
- Reporting to the On-Site Manager, the Operations Leader is responsible for the efficiency of mechanics and logisticians team members.

For mechanics : Carry out maintenance operations to bring the engine back into compliance and to an airworthiness condition without impacting Airbus' milestones
For Logisticians : Ensure the availability of parts and chemicals as needed and on time. Ensuring the ERP's database is up-to-date.

- University degree in a technical field plus 8 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Aircraft Engines maintenance knowledge
- Knowledge of transport flows (IATA, ADR, customs, etc.)
- Customer oriented
- IT literate – good understanding of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in written and verbal form and French
- Previous management experience in close to customer environment
- Knowledge of MRP systems (SAP; BAAN) is a plus
- Knowledge of Airbus processes and systems is a plus
