Position Overview
As an Outbound Account Executive for Mid-Market clients, based in London, you will be responsible for driving business opportunities in the UK
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to identify new potential customers within the UK market.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signing.
Conduct consultative selling by identifying potential clients’ needs and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed established sales targets.
Provide accurate forecasts and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outbound sales within a SaaS company, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Ease and confidence in cold-calling, with the ability to personalize outreach for each prospect
Strong work discipline with the ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a high-growth scale-up
A passion for building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions
Competitive spirit, motivated by challenges, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Experience with Salesforce, SalesNav and prospections tools
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
